Working Principle of Plastic Thermoforming Machine：
The plastic multi-station thermoforming machine is a highly efficient, automated system that integrates multiple processes—such as sheet heating, forming, punching/cutting, and stacking—into a single continuous production line.
Its operating principle is as follows: Thermoplastic sheets (such as PET, PP, PS, or PLA) are first fed into a heating station, where radiant heaters uniformly heat them until they reach a softened state. The softened sheet is then transported to the forming station, where positive pressure (compressed air) and/or negative pressure (vacuum) force it tightly against the mold surface to achieve the desired product shape. Next, the formed products move to the punching/cutting station, where a mold or blade precisely cuts and separates the individual items. Finally, the finished products are automatically collected and neatly stacked at the stacking station. The entire process is precisely controlled by a PLC and servo system, ensuring high-speed, stable, and automated production.
