The three-station thermoforming machine is an automated piece of equipment widely used in the plastics processing industry. Suitable for forming thermoplastic materials (such as PS, HIPS, PET, PP, KPS, GPET, PLA, etc.) with thicknesses ranging from 0.15 mm to 2.0 mm. It is capable of producing complex shapes and high draw-ratio products—including round, square, and irregular forms, as well as items requiring up-and-down forming and flanging processes. Applications include food industry containers (meal boxes, sushi trays, fruit boxes, egg trays); electronics industry components (electronic trays, blister packs); medical industry products (oral liquid trays, blister packaging); and packaging solutions for sectors such as agriculture and hardware.
